Important Update: Changes to the Mint Asset Management Funds

Please be advised of important changes relating to the Mint Asset Management Funds, which took effect on 3 August 2026.

Fund Name Changes to the Mint Asset Management Funds:

The following funds have been renamed:

• Mint Diversified Growth Fund is now the Mint Growth Fund.
• Mint Diversified Income Fund is now the Mint Conservative Fund.

The name changes do not affect your units, account details or the value of your investment.

Investment Approach Changes to the Mint Asset Management Funds:

The Mint Conservative Fund has also adopted a more defensive investment strategy. Its target investment mix has been updated to increase its allocation to defensive assets, such as cash and fixed interest, and reduce its allocation to growth assets, including equities and listed property.

The Conservative Fund’s investment objective has also changed. The previous objective of generating regular and sustainable quarterly income has been removed. The fund now aims to provide moderate capital growth over the medium term through a predominantly defensive portfolio.

Previously, the Mint Diversified Income Fund, now the Mint Conservative Fund, made quarterly cash distributions. From 3 August 2026, the fund will no longer make cash income distributions. Instead, income earned by the fund will generally be retained and reflected in its unit price.

Mint has also made a minor change to the target investment mix of the Mint Australasian Equity Fund, Australasian Property Fund and NZ SRI Equity Fund by reducing the target allocation to cash to allow the fund to remain more fully invested. There is no change to the fund’s investment objective, investment strategy or the markets in which these funds invest.

No action is required, however, we encourage you to read this notice and the PDS carefully to understand the changes and consider whether the relevant fund continues to meet your investment objectives.
