QuayStreet New Zealand Equity Fund

Launched in 2010, the QuayStreet New Zealand Equity Fund invests in a range of New Zealand shares, predominantly companies that are members of the S&P/NZX 50 Index.

The Fund can also hold smaller companies listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) or with the intention of listing on the NZX. The Fund may also hold unlisted securities and cash.

The investment objective of the Fund is to:

  • provide investors with a level of return, over the long term, that is consistent with the New Zealand sharemarket; and
  • outperform the S&P/NZX 50 Index.

The Fund is rated a top performing based on 5-year average returns*.

The Fund is for investors who are looking for specific exposure to NZ equities, with a minimum suggested timeframe of 5+ years.*

QuayStreet Income Fund

The QuayStreet Income Fund is an actively managed Fund designed to deliver regular income. The Income Fund can be a flexible alternative to a bank term deposit.

The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio with an emphasis on income producing assets including cash, term deposits, fixed interest securities, listed property, infrastructure and utility securities and derivative investments.

The Income Fund targets assets that can provide a sustainable level of income with low levels of volatility.  It aims to make quarterly distributions to investors.

The investment objectives of the Fund are to:

  • provide investors with income above short term interest rates, and
  • preserve the value of investments against inflation.

The Fund is for investors who are seeking regular income, with a suggested minimum timeframe of 3 years.**
