Pie Australasian Dividend Growth Fund closing to applications.

We have been informed by Pie Funds that they have decided to close the Pie Australasian Dividend Growth Fund (Fund) to new investment, as it has reached capacity. The Fund will be removed from the InvestNow Platform as an investment option for new investors, effective from 17th October 2025.

If you are an existing investor in the Fund, you can still retain the Fund within your InvestNow Managed Funds account past this date. You can also redeem your holdings from the Fund at any point including after 17^th October 2025.

Pie Funds noted that the reason for the Fund’s closure was “Following a period of strong growth, the Pie Australasian Dividend Growth Fund has reached capacity. Closing the Fund at this level will allow us to continue focusing on delivering clients with strong, long-term returns. While clients will be unable to invest new money from this date, we’ll continue to manage distributions according to their current preference i.e. as cash or reinvested in the fund.”

There are two important notes that you, as an investor, need to be aware of:

1. If the Pie Australasian Dividend Growth Fund is in your Regular Investment Plan, please update your plan as soon as possible by removing the Fund from it (you can reallocate the contribution to other funds you already have in your plan, replace the Fund in your plan with another fund available on InvestNow, or if it is the only fund you have in your plan then simply make the plan inactive). If no changes are made to your plan, we will action this on your behalf on Friday 17th October.
2. Any distributions from the Fund will still be processed according to your current distribution settings, either as cash or reinvested into the Fund, which will still be accepting distribution reinvestments.
