How can I access a tax report?

The report is available in PDF format, and can be found on the “Documents” page when you are logged into your account.

To view the report:

1. Click the “Documents” page
2. Select the “Documents” tab
3. Under the “View By” on the left-hand side, select “Tax Reports“.

How can I review my PIE tax calculation?

You can download a General Ledger report under the “Documents” page when you are logged into your InvestNow account. You can find a video on how to use the “Documents” page here. How do I create my password for the first time?

Go to the  InvestNow log in page and click “Forgot Password”, and an invitation will be sent you to create your password.  You can also repeat this step when you reset/update your password.

How do I add an additional member to my InvestNow account?

To add a member to your account please email us (contact@investnow.co.nz) providing their:

1. Full name
2. Email address
3. IRD number
4. Are they a tax resident of any country other than New Zealand?
5. The name of the Account you wish to add them to.

Please note:  You can not have multiple members linked to an InvestNow KiwiSaver account.

I didn’t action the invitation to join/activate my InvestNow account, what do I need to do?

Go to the  InvestNow log in page and click “Forgot Password”, and new invitation will be sent you.  You can also repeat this step when you reset/update your password.

I am already an InvestNow customer, but I have opened another account – what happens next?

Once your new account is open, as you are already an InvestNow customer, you can access your new account by logging into your InvestNow portal. You can accept the invitation to join the new account by clicking your email address in the top right hand corner.

Once you have accepted the invitation, your account access will be created.
