An Investor is the entity (Youth, Individual, Joint, Trust or NZ Company) that has an account with InvestNow – it is the beneficial owner, in whose name that the investments are held.
A client (also known as a Member) is an individual, or individuals, that have access to the Investor account i.e. they are “linked” to the account. Clients can be either authorisers of transactions or simply have view-only permissions.
To change your contact details follow these steps once logged in to your account.

Resident Withholding Tax (RWT) is a tax deducted from the gross amount of interest, for the relevant investment and saving products, paid to you.
When you open an InvestNow account, you will be asked to confirm your RWT rate and IRD number.
If we do not have an IRD number your account will be taxed at the “non-declaration” rate of 33%.

Once logged into your Managed Funds account, go to the Transactions page and use the filters and display options to access the specific transactions you are looking for.
You can also create an Investor Report, for the relevant period, by going to the Documents page and following the options/instructions there.
Withdrawals
You can cancel a Withdrawal instruction up until 12pm of the business day on which you raised the instruction. Where you have placed an instruction on a non-business day, you can cancel the order up until 12pm of the next business day. You will find your pending Withdrawal on the Orders page under Open orders and withdrawals. To cancel the withdrawal select the Cancel link.

No, we do not accept cheque or cash deposits. We allow online deposits from the verified Nominated Account(s) associated with your account(s).
You can establish a regular deposit to your InvestNow Transaction Account with an Automatic Payment (AP) from your nominated bank account – you will need the details of the bank account, into which you will make the deposit, and your unique reference, so we can make sure all deposits are credited to your InvestNow Transaction Account.
