Can I receive my Passcode as a text message (instead of an e-mail)?

Yes you can, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your InvestNow account.
  2. Click on the Profile icon – it’s the head and shoulders icon at the right hand end of the page.
  3. Click the “Edit” link alongside the “My details” option.
  4. Towards the bottom of the page there is another “Edit” link, for your login security preference.  Click this link and then select the “Send a security code to my mobile phone” option and follow the easy instructions from there.

I have some units in funds, can I transfer them to my InvestNow portfolio?

Yes, it’s really easy.

If you currently hold units in any of the funds we offer directly, or through another service provider, and would like to transfer those units to your InvestNow portfolio, it’s really easy to do.  By the way, it’s referred to as an “Off Market Transfer”.  Just complete this form and we will be in touch re next steps.

It’s obviously more convenient to have access to all your managed funds investments in one place, particularly when that one place, InvestNow, can give you comprehensive portfolio and tax reporting, at the click of a mouse.

We’ve created a really simple process to facilitate the off market transfer – all you need to do is complete this online form and we will be in touch.

 

Can I set up my Regular Investment Plan to run fortnightly?

Yes, you can – you can select from weekly, fortnightly, monthly, three monthly or every six months.  Not having fortnightly as an option initially was an oversight on our part, which we have remedied.
